1. REAL ESTATE FUND

• Definition

  - A financial investment product that collects funds from investors comprised of two or more people invests the funds in real estate or real estate related assets and distributes profits to investors.

• Operation

  - Real estate fund operation is executed by investing and financing (Senior Loan, Mezzanine, B-Note, etc.) in real estate
  - Including acquisition and disposition of real estate assets (Office, Retail, Hotel, Industrial, etc)

• Our Investors

  - Pension funds,Credit Unions, Insurance companies and other institutional investors

2. REAL ESTATE FUND VEHICLE STRUCTURE

• Service Providers for Real Estate Funds

  - Asset Management Company (AMC) conducts asset management activities to increase profits
  - Custodian Bank holds real estate funds and provide services from Korean banks
  - Intermediary recruits beneficiaries and distributes trust profits (trust dividends)
  - Fund Administrator conducts fund accounting and fund standard price
  - Property Management Company (PM) is commissioned by the AMC to maintain or operate the property
